Regulatory, safety, and legal reference layer for the vault. These documents ground practitioner and chatbot guidance in jurisdictional reality (FDA, WADA) and risk-managed precautions (cancer history, disclaimers).

Regulatory Status

FDA Regulatory Status

Regulatory classification for every peptide in the vault — FDA-approved drugs (with trade names and indications), investigated but unapproved, research-only, and banned. Primary reference for practitioner scope-of-practice and retail vs. clinical labeling.

WADA Prohibited Status

World Anti-Doping Agency classification for all peptides in the vault per the WADA 2025 Prohibited List. Critical for athletes, sports-medicine practitioners, and any patient subject to competition drug testing.

Safety Matrices

Cancer Safety Matrix

Practitioner reference for peptide use in patients with cancer history or active malignancy. Cross-references the "Cancer & Peptides — Cross-Cutting Studies" section of the Research Index and flags peptides with elevated oncologic concern (GLP-1RAs → thyroid C-cell, GH axis → IGF-1-dependent tumors, melanocortins → melanoma).

  • Adverse Events Reference — comprehensive side-effect profiles, aggregated by peptide
  • Drug Interactions — known and theoretical interactions across the catalog
  • Two-Tier Language Guide — side-by-side retail-RUO vs wholesale-clinical phrasing, per the Two-Tier Regulatory Model
