    • BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) โ€” tissue repair, angiogenesis, gut healing
    • TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) โ€” actin regulation, tissue regeneration, anti-inflammatory
  • Administration: Subcutaneous injection blend / Topical (GHK-Cu component)
  • Status: Research Only (individual components)
  • WADA Status: TB-500 Prohibited (S0); BPC-157 Prohibited (S0)

What It Does

The GLOW Blend combines three of the most well-characterized tissue repair and anti-aging peptides into a single protocol targeting skin quality, collagen production, angiogenesis, and systemic healing. Each component targets distinct but complementary pathways: GHK-Cu drives collagen/elastin gene expression and skin remodeling; BPC-157 accelerates tissue repair via VEGFR2-Akt-eNOS angiogenesis; TB-500 regulates actin dynamics for cell migration and tissue regeneration. Together they produce supra-additive skin rejuvenation and wound healing.

Component Overview

GHK-Cu Contribution

  • Copper peptide complex โ€” upregulates collagen I, III, elastin, glycosaminoglycans
  • Activates antioxidant genes (SOD, catalase)
  • Anti-inflammatory (NF-ฮบB downregulation)
  • Skin tightening and wound remodeling

BPC-157 Contribution

  • VEGFR2-Akt-eNOS angiogenesis โ†’ new blood vessel formation
  • Fibroblast and tenocyte migration for wound bridging
  • GH receptor upregulation โ†’ collagen synthesis
  • Nitric oxide system modulation

TB-500 Contribution

  • Thymosin Beta-4 actin sequestration โ†’ promotes cell migration
  • Wound healing via keratinocyte and endothelial cell mobilization
  • Anti-inflammatory (actin/WASp pathway modulation)
  • Synergistic angiogenesis with BPC-157

Dosing Protocols

Injectable GLOW Protocol

  • GHK-Cu: 1โ€“2 mg SubQ daily
  • BPC-157: 250โ€“500 mcg SubQ daily
  • TB-500: 2โ€“2.5 mg SubQ 2x/week (loading) โ†’ 2 mg/week (maintenance)
  • Duration: 4โ€“6 week cycles; 2 weeks off
  • Source: The Peptides Bible, Peptides Made Easy

Topical Enhancement

  • Add topical GHK-Cu cream (1โ€“3%) applied to face/skin 2x daily alongside injectable protocol

Stacks Well With

  • KPV – enhanced with anti-inflammatory component (see KLOW Blend)
  • Ipamorelin + CJC-1295 NO DAC – GH axis support for collagen synthesis
  • Melanotan 1 – skin tone and UV protection complement
  • Epithalon – telomere and anti-aging systemic synergy

Use Cases

  • Skin Rejuvenation (collagen density, elasticity, wrinkle reduction)
  • Wound Healing (post-surgical, burns, chronic wounds)
  • Anti-Aging (systemic and skin-targeted)
  • Hair Growth (GHK-Cu promotes hair follicle stimulation)
  • Scar Remodeling
  • Body Composition tissue quality improvement

Contraindications & Safety

  • Active malignancy โ€” angiogenesis stimulation; avoid
  • WADA: TB-500 and BPC-157 are S0 prohibited for competitive athletes
  • Individual component safety profiles apply โ€” see GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500
  • Generally well-tolerated as individual components; combined safety well-documented in protocols

Storage

  • Individual lyophilized peptides: -20ยฐC long-term; 2โ€“8ยฐC short-term
  • Reconstituted: 2โ€“8ยฐC for 2โ€“4 weeks each; protect from light
  • Mixing: Can reconstitute separately and combine in syringe at time of injection; some prefer individual injections
  • Solvent: Bacteriostatic water for multi-use vials
