Sexual Health Protocol

Sexual Health Protocol

Overview

A layered sexual health protocol combining on-demand central arousal activation (PT-141), hormonal axis support (Kisspeptin-10), and bonding/intimacy enhancement (Oxytocin). PT-141 addresses desire and central arousal through melanocortin pathways โ€” making it effective where PDE5 inhibitors alone are insufficient. This protocol is applicable to both men and women. Expected outcomes include improved sexual desire, arousal responsiveness, hormonal optimization, and enhanced intimacy quality.

Components

Peptide Dose Frequency Duration
PT-141 1.75 mg SubQ On-demand (45-60 min before) As needed
Kisspeptin-10 100-200 mcg SubQ 2-3x/week 4-8 weeks
Oxytocin 24-40 IU intranasal On-demand (20-30 min before) As needed

Administration

  • PT-141: SubQ injection, abdomen preferred; administer 45-60 minutes before anticipated sexual activity; effects last 6-12 hours; may cause transient facial flushing and nausea โ€” typically mild and resolve within 1-2 hours; do not exceed 1 dose per 24 hours
  • Kisspeptin-10: SubQ injection; time of day flexible; used as a regular course (not on-demand) to progressively improve testosterone/estrogen levels and HPG axis function
  • Oxytocin: Intranasal spray; 24-40 IU (2-4 sprays per nostril depending on concentration); administer 20-30 minutes before activity; effects enhance emotional connection and reduce social anxiety
  • PDE5 inhibitor (sildenafil 25-50mg or tadalafil 5mg) can be taken in conjunction with PT-141 for synergistic central + peripheral effect

Cycling

  • PT-141: On-demand; no continuous cycling needed; individual tolerance varies; some sensitivity reduction occurs with very frequent use (>3x/week)
  • Kisspeptin-10: 4-8 week courses; assess hormonal response with labs at end of cycle; can repeat after 4-week break
  • Oxytocin: On-demand use indefinitely; no tolerance reported

Expected Timeline

  • Immediate (PT-141 and Oxytocin): Effects within 30-60 minutes of administration
  • Week 2-4 (Kisspeptin-10): Gradual testosterone/LH improvement; improved baseline desire
  • Week 4-8: Hormonal optimization; sustained improvement in libido even on off days

Monitoring

  • Hormone panel at baseline and 4-8 weeks: total testosterone, LH, FSH, estradiol (both sexes)
  • Blood pressure monitoring if combining PT-141 with PDE5 inhibitor (additive hypotensive effect)
  • Track: desire frequency, arousal response, satisfaction scores (subjective diary)
  • Nausea management with PT-141: premedicate with ginger or ondansetron if severe

Contraindications

  • PT-141 and Melanotan II: Uncontrolled hypertension; recent cardiovascular event; melanoma or history of melanoma (melanocortin stimulation)
  • PT-141 + PDE5i combination: Use caution with nitrates (hypotension risk)
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Psychiatric conditions with impulse control concerns (oxytocin may increase risky behaviors in some populations)
